Yoga has been a source of joy, healing, and growth in my life for over 30 years. Since beginning my practice in 1995 and teaching since 2005, I’ve supported students of all ages and abilities with a commitment to high-quality instruction, personal connection, and holistic well-being.

My classes combine expert guidance with a sense of play, reflection, and care. You’ll find sessions that are invigorating and energising, gentle and renewing, or deeply restorative, depending on your needs and goals. Each class is grounded in decades of study and experience - including advanced training in Anusara Yoga and 12 years as the founder and director of a thriving yoga studio in Toronto.

A key focus of my teaching is supporting mental and emotional well-being alongside physical health. In addition to being a yoga teacher, I work as a recreation therapist, emerging social worker, and painter. These roles inform a compassionate, trauma-sensitive approach that recognises the deep connection between body, mind, and spirit. If you’re managing stress, grief, anxiety, or simply seeking greater inner balance, yoga offers powerful tools for emotional resilience and renewal.

My classes are inclusive, body-positive, and welcoming - whether you're a beginner, returning after time away, or looking to deepen your existing practice. You’ll also find a sense of community, where meaningful connection and personal growth are part of the journey.
