Yoga is a source of joy for me! I’ve been a student of yoga since 1995, and have maintained a teaching practice since 2005. I’ve studied yoga broadly, training extensively as an Anusara Yoga Teacher, as well as founding and directing my own Yoga studio in Toronto for 12 years. In addition to teaching yoga, I’m a painter, and Recreation Therapist. My approach is inclusive and holistic, and I apply a trauma-sensitive framework to my teaching practice. My aim is to support students in their well-being and health goals.
